West Ham United midfielder Mohamed Diame has been selected in the Senegal squad for their upcoming World Cup play-off second leg with the Ivory Coast.
Diame, who has 19 caps for his country, will be hoping to help Senegal recover from a 3-1 aggregate deficit in Casablanca on November 16.
Also the new Irish coaching regime of Martin O’Neill and Roy Keane have called up Hammers defender Joey O’Brien for friendlies against Latvia (November 15, Dublin) and Poland (November 19, Poznan).
