WEST Ham full back George McCartney is a target for Scottish giants Rangers, according to media sources.
The Northern Ireland international (pictured) has started all 35 league and cup games for the Irons this season and has been one of the club's most consistent performers.
And the former Sunderland man's impressive displays have apparently been watched by Rangers scout Ewan Chester, according to the Daily Mirror.
McCartney's position has been under threat this season with Hammers boss Alan Curbishley continually linked with bringing fresh talent - notably Barking-born Nicky Shorey from Reading - to the east London club.
