WEST Ham youngsters Kyel Reid and Zavon Hines have both joined Championship clubs on month-long loan deals.
Reid has joined play-off chasing Crystal Palace.
The 20-year-old winger has made four substitute appearances for the Irons this season.
He is joined at Selhurst Park by Chelsea's Scott Sinclair and Fulham's Nathan Ashton, who have signed for south west London club for the remainder of the season.
Meanwhile, club mate Hines has joined struggling Coventry City for a month.
The 19-year-old forward has not yet made a first team appearance for the east Londoners but has impressed in the reserve team in recent weeks.
