WEST Ham keeper Marek Stech has been sent out on loan to League Two promotion-chasers Wycombe Wanderers until the end of the season to gain some valuable first-team experience.
The 19-year-old Czech international joins Peter Taylor's men and could make his debut for the club in Saturday's vital top-of-the-table clash against league leaders Brentford.
Stech has caught the eye with some excellent performances for the Hammers' reserves this season, not least his superb display during this week's 1-0 win over Arsenal.
Stech joined West Ham from Sparta Prague in 2006 and was rewarded with a five-year contract last summer.
