JUNIOR STANISLAS underlined his considerable potential by netting a hat-trick in West Ham's behind closed doors reserves friendly 4-2 win over Chelsea on Friday.
The England Under 19 international made his debut for the Hammers' first-team against West Brom earlier this month, and he will have given Gianfranco Zola plenty of food for thought after his impressive performance yesterday.
Stanislas scored a stunning solo goal to pull the Irons level after Franco Di Santo put Chelsea ahead. He then added two more, while another graduate from the youth set-up Anthony Edgar grabbed the other.
Ricardo Quaresma scored a consolation as West Ham ran out comfortable victors against a side that included Blues' first-teamers Alex and Florent Malouda.
The game also saw an extended run out for Kieron Dyer, who continues to make good progress following his return from a calf injury.
