WEST HAM will kick off the 2009/10 campaign at newly-promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 15.
Gianfranco Zola will lead his team out at Molineux for the first challenge of what will be his first full season at the club.
A mouth-watering match against fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur follows at Upton Park on August 22.
The traditional Boxing Day fixture will see Portsmouth come to town, while the Hammers will bring the curtain down on the campaign with a home game against Manchester City on May 9.
West Ham's first outing against one of the Big Four will be a home clash against last season's runners-up Liverpool on September 19, while they will play host to Arsenal on October 24.
Manchester United (December 5) and Chelsea (December 19) visit the Boleyn Ground, before the team travel to Spurs on December 28.
The return legs against the Big Four are: Manchester United (February 27), Chelsea (March 13), Arsenal (March 20) and Liverpool (April 17).
