WEST HAM will contest all four charges brought against them by the Football Association after crowd trouble erupted during their Carling Cup clash with fierce rivals Millwall at Upton Park in August.
Both clubs were charged with failing to ensure their supporters refrained from violent, threatening, obscene and provocative behaviour, failing to ensure their supporters refrained from racist behaviour and with failing to ensure their supporters did not throw missiles onto the pitch.
The Hammers were also charged with failing to ensure their fans did not enter the field of play after the game.
A Millwall supporter was also stabbed outside the Boleyn Ground.
But the Hammers will challenge the claims, after maintaining that they co-operated fully with police and met all required standards set by the relevant agencies during the match.
