WEST HAM have been fined £115,000 by the FA after the club were found guilty of failing to control their fans during their Carling Cup tie against Millwall last August.
The Hammers were found guilty on two of the four charges levelled at them, while they must also pay £5000 in costs.
They have 14 days to appeal the decision.
Millwall were cleared of three charges and accusations of racial abuse from both sets of fans could not be proven.
West Ham fans invaded the pitch during the hosts’ 3-1 victory. A Millwall supporter was also stabbed outside the ground.
The Hammers were found to have failed to control their fans from violent threatening, obscene and provocative behaviour as well as entering the field of play.
