Avram Grant
Avram Grant last night quit Portsmouth, fuelling speculation that he is on his way to West Ham United.
Grant is favourite to land the manager's post at Upton Park and this latest move will only decrease his odds.
Many believe the Hammers could even unveil him as their new boss today.
West ham are keen to make an appointment soon, whether it be Grant or not, in order to give the new man plenty of time to build a squad for next season.
