WEST HAM skipper Matthew Upson is among six players that will be allowed to leave the club in January if the right offer is made, according to the Guardian.
Upson, along with midfielder Kieron Dyer, full-back Lars Jacobsen and defenders Danny Gabbidon and Jonathan Spector are all out of contract at the end of the season, and will be offloaded if the club receives suitable bids.
The Hammers, meanwhile, are expected to announce the signing of Steve Sidwell from Aston Villa after the midfielder was reportedly undergoing a medical at Upton Park yesterday.
It also looks increasingly likely that Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara will join West Ham on loan in January.
