West Ham could have wrapped victory over Barnsley during the first half, according to boss Avram Grant.
“We played well and created a lot of chances. We could have closed the game in the first half,” said the under-fire boss at Upton Park, who called the FA Cup round three tie a “a very good game.”
Question marks over his future were dismissed by the Israeli who said he was not interested in talk that he is bound for the sack, after Roy Hodgson left the Liverpool post by "mutual consent".
Grant claimed good things are to come from his Hammers side.
“The pressure is for me to achieve what I think I can achieve at this club. I think we are getting there step by step.”
