WEST HAM have reportedly had a formal bid to sign Tottenham striker Robbie Keane turned down.
The Daily Telegraph claims the Hammers offered £1million in loan fees to bring the Irish striker to Upton Park until the end of the season, with the promise of a £6m permanent three-year deal if the club avoided relegation.
It is understood Spurs are keen to secure a permanent transfer this month, however, after boss Harry Redknapp admitted it was likely that Keane would leave during the transfer window.
