MARK Noble does not fear a poor display against Birmingham in the next leg of the Carling Cup.
The midfielder was speaking after his goal helped the Hammers get one foot in the door of the Wembley final of the competition.
But there was cause for concern after a poor second half display by the hosts at Upton Park on Tuesday night.
Now Birmingham in the away leg beckons in under two weeks time.
"Hopefully we can go to Birmingham and put on another good performance,” he said.
His first half goal at Upton Park was so important in the first leg.
“It was all about winning the game and that's what we've done.
"We didn't play as well in the second half but we won the game. We scored a winning goal in the second half.
“I don't think we were too worried about the performance at that point.”
