WEST HAM boss Avram Grant declared himself pleased with a home draw against Burnley in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
The Hammers edged past Nottingham Forest 3-2 at Upton Park on Sunday to progress to the last 16, with Victor Obinna grabbing a hat-trick – his first for the club.
Grant was keen to pay tribute to the forward, on loan from Inter Milan until the end of the season.
“He's a good talent, great quality. He's young and hasn't played too many games over the last year, but he's getting better and better as I expected him to be,” he said.
The Israeli boss was also satisfied with the draw, with Burnley the visitors to the Boleyn Ground on the weekend of February 19/20.
“It's always good to play at home in front of our fans. They know how to support and push us. Any draw at home is good.
“The FA Cup is important because it's the FA Cup. Of course our target is the league, and the most important thing is that. We'll do everything we can to succeed in the league. But it's good to be involved in this.”
