West Ham snatched an excellent 1-0 win in FC Copenhagen after a late goal from Freddie Sears this evening.
Sam Allardyce picked a strong side for the friendly which included goalkeeper Robert Green and midfielders Scott Parker and Kevin Nolan.
Parker and Nolan were very influential during the 60 minutes they played against the Champions League hopefuls.
The Danish champions had the ball in the net after 68 minutes but it was ruled out after a challenge on replacement goalkeeper Ruud Boffin.
The match looked to be heading for a draw but substitute Sears picked up the ball and scored in the 89th minute.
West Ham's next friendly is on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Wycombe Wanderers.
