Queens Park Rangers and West Bromwich Albion are leading the list of clubs hoping to sign Robert Green, according to The Telegraph.
The 32-year-old, who has also been widely linked with a move to Malaga, has decided to end his six-year stay at West Ham after failing to agree a new contract.
Hammers chairman David Gold announced Green’s departure on Twitter and said: “Robert Green is a free agent, he has chosen to move on. Matthew Upson did the same thing.
“Nobody wants Rob to leave but nothing is forever, he must do what is best for him and we must do what is best for us.”
It has been claimed Bolton Wanderers’ Jussi Jaaskelainen could be the England keeper’s replacement at Upton Park, with reports suggesting the out-of-contract stopper could move as early as this week.
