Luis Boa Morte has agreed to join Chesterfield
Former Arsenal and West Ham United attacker Luis Boa Morte has joined Chesterfield.
The 35-year-old winger has made the surprise decision of moving to the League Two club on a short-term deal.
The former Portuguese international spent four years at Upton Park before his contract was cancelled in 2011.
